Jason Terry was born in Tennessee and lived in North Carolina and Texas before moving to Wisconsin before high school. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and continued his studies at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he earned an MFA concentrating in printmaking. He has worked as a graphic designer, animator, digital technician, and professor. He currently lives in northern Wisconsin with his wife and son where he makes art and award winning beer in his basement studio/brewery. He is a professor of art at Northland College.
